Social Good Distinction In Malaria Prevention.
In 2017, year, Agricare Limited partnered with the Private Sector Malaria Prevention (PSMP) project of Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP) to provide family-sized insecticide-treated nets for all employees of the company and their dependants, and also distributed 200 more nets to a section of Tanoso Community in Kumasi. The company also held malaria prevention seminars that sensitized workplace and community audiences on malaria and how to prevent it.
The response has been enormous with a reduction in hospital attendance of our employees.
